1 . Masculine ও Feminine উভয় লিঙ্গ ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রায় ভুল হয়ে থাকে। যেমনঃ
Incorrect: The ‘gander’ lays eggs.
Correct: The ‘goose’ lays eggs.
Incorrect: She is a famous ‘poet’.
Correct: She is a famous poetess.
Incorrect: The girl is her ‘ man – servant.
Correct: The girl is her ‘maid – servant’ .
Incorrect: Sultana Razia was an ’emperor’ of India.
Correct: Sultana Razia was an ’empress’ of India.
Incorrect: The dog loves her puppies.
Correct: The ‘bitch’ loves her puppies.
Incorrect: The ‘prince’ choose her dress.
Correct: The princess chose her dress.
Incorrect: The ‘host’ is a good woman.

Incorrect: She is my ‘nephew’.
Correct: She is my ‘niece’
Incorrect: Sabina’s uncle does her household work.
Correct: Sabina’s ‘aunt’ does her household work.

1 . প্রাণীবাচক Noun এর শেষে (s’) যোগ করে বা Of বসিয়ে Possessive Case গঠন করা যায়। যেমনঃ
Incorrect: He is ‘Rahim’ father.
Correct: He is ‘ Rahim’s ‘ father. or He is father ‘of ‘ Rahim.
কিন্তু অপ্রাণীবাচক Noun এর শেষে ‘s যোগ হয় না। যেমনঃ
Incorrect: ‘Chair’s’ leg is broken.
Correct: The leg of the ‘chair’ is broken.
